We’re Responsive. Broadview University is dedicated to staying on the forefront of teaching and learning, so you receive the most up-to-date education possible.
In 1977, Broadview University was founded in downtown Salt Lake City. Originally, The Bryman School and later Utah Career College, the institution became Broadview University in 2010. While our name has changed over the years, our commitment has remained the same: to provide students with a career-focused education that meets the needs of today’s global workforce.
Broadview University and Broadview Entertainment Arts University are both part of the Globe Education Network (GEN), a consortium of private institutions committed to helping students achieve their personal and professional goals through career education. Our goal is to prepare students for immediate employment and future career advancement. We offer a variety of online and on-campus programs, including master’s degrees, bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees and certificates. Broadview is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
Globe Education Network is a collaborative body of career colleges, universities and training centers that have common ownership and share academic and administrative support services and resources for the benefit of students. Member schools are firmly committed to helping students achieve personal, educational and professional goals.
Students will see the Globe Education Network name on shared resources, including library resources, technical help desk and the CampusConnect learning site used for distance education.
Through consortium agreements approved by member schools’ accrediting bodies, credits earned at one network school may be applied toward a student’s program at another, subject to accreditation and licensing criteria.
